Ryan Hall is without a doubt experienced in how to stop a break up, and the strategies he outlines in his book “Pull Your Ex Back” are, although effective, well, pretty unconventional! He freely acknowledges that his techniques are focused essentially on psychological persuation.
His position is that you and your ex are essentially in a “power struggle,” so what you need to do to stop a break up is get that power back. Pull Your Ex Back focuses on unorthodox techniques to stop a break up, such as making your ex curious to get him/her to talk to you again. Naturally it’s not exactly that simple because there’s a very specific way of doing it to make sure that they don’t realize that you’re actually manipulating them (you want to stop a break up, not accelerate it!) Ryan gives you explicit instructions as to what exactly to say and do, like paint-by-numbers. He claims that these methods are so powerful that they can stop a breakup regardless of the situation.
